With over 25 years in Real Estate finance, development, acquisitions and operations, CCP has acquired, developed, and renovated more than 1 million square feet of commercial Real Estate. CCP is currently involved in acquisition and repositioning of more than $200 million of investment property in Los Angeles. Current development projects include the 108 key boutique hotel in Hermosa Beach, CA, 347 unit multi-family mixed use development in the Art's District of Los Angeles.
