Acquired by Crescent Capital Partners in 2021, Index Culver City is a group of four former industrial buildings totaling 36,400 square feet in Hayden Tract that is currently being converted into flex creative office space. Featuring an eclectic mix of innovative architecture, the Hayden Tract has been undergoing a transformation for the past few decades. Crescent Capital Partners is redeveloping the red brick buildings, with the characteristic bow truss roofs seen in industrial architecture, into flexible and collaborative creative spaces. Sitting on 1+ acre of land, the complex features a 5,000 square foot outdoor retreat area. The project was just adopted into the opportunity zone and was granted multi-family live/work zoning.
