8665 Hayden Ave – Culver City

After obtaining city approval to newly construct a 68,000 square foot state of the art creative office, the project was completed by Cunningham. The industry-leading architecture and design firm is now the current tenant of this space, which features a beautiful 3,000 square foot outdoor amenity.
