Gillis House – Hollywood
After acquiring this site in 2018, Crescent Capital Partners worked on entitlements for a 52-unit high-end multifamily mixed-use project with 5,500 square feet of retail on the ground level. Located in Hollywood’s Larchmont Village, which is known for quaint old-town shopping and historic homes, Gillis House is directly across from Paramount Studios. A mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units, the project has a luxury hospitality feel and offers loft and rooftop options. Highlights of the project include a gorgeous pool, a 4,000 square foot rooftop amenity that overlooks the Hollywood sign, and an amazing art installation by American illustrator and renowned street artist Kelsey Montague. Retail tenants include Yoube (a drop-in coworking concept) and Alfalfa a grab-and-go restaurant, both of which act as amenities to the residents and the community.
