Index Exchange – Culver City

Acquired by Crescent Capital Partners in 2015, this project sits on the corner of La Cienega and Jefferson, across the street from Culver City’s second largest metro station. The location allows for a development project with high density (6 FAR), low parking requirements, and a 180 foot height limit. Previously a 100 percent retail location, it now hosts a mix of retail and creative office tenants, including a Starbucks. Crescent Capital is currently working on a 226-unit multifamily Type 1 mix use development for the site.
