1147 Palmetto – Art’s District Los Angeles

Since acquiring this site in 2015, Crescent Capital Partners is currently working with the city of Los Angeles for entitlements for a mix use project with 347 units and 40,000 square feet of creative office. The project will be a Type 1 construction with rooftop pool amenities, a sky deck lounge on the 9th floor, and a corner restaurant.
