2101 East El Segundo Blvd – El Segundo

Crescent Capital Partners acquired this 113,500 square foot fully stabilized project in El Segundo from Bixby Land Company, a well known redevelopment team repositioning industrial projects to creative office. One of few eight-story buildings in El Segundo, this was previously occupied by a defense contractor before it was repurposed for industrial use. In 2019, the site was approved for a higher FAR, which would allow for an additional 126,000 square feet of new construction. Crescent Capital Partners is currently working with an architect and consultants to submit plans for the project, which includes creative flex office space alongside a lobby grab-and-go concept amenity for the community.
